Noisette Creek Preserve

Noisette Creek has a 1,400 acre watershed:

The Noisette Creek Preserve spans 135 acres of open water, marshlands, and highlands dedicated by North Charleston as an environmental asset with Michaux Conservancy as steward.  Special overlay district status is envisioned much like the existing Ashley River District. Noisette Creek is a highly urban ecosystem. It needs restoration due to a long period during which it has seen filling, erosion, road and utility crossings, contaminated runoff, trash and debris.
